Board Meetings

The board of directors meets on the 4th Monday of every odd month at 6:00pm at the Rayburn Country Clubhouse. The meeting is also broadcast via Zoom. The Zoom link is sent out to homeowners with an email address on file. If you have not received email from RCA, and you are a current RCA property owner, please call 832.433.7995 to have your email address added to your records.

The office is located in the clubhouse at 2376 Wingate Blvd. behind the coffee shop, to the left of the bar area. (Do not mail items to that address.) For best results please make an appointment. The office is usually open during regular business hours Monday - Friday, however the work takes the manager away from her desk regularly
