Helping You Complete Your Building Permit Application

The Environmental Control Committee (ECC) is relaunching a four‑part educational series to help members successfully complete and submit building permit applications. Our goal is to make the permitting process clearer, faster, and more predictable for all homeowners.

To further improve communication during the review process, an ECC Member will be assigned to an applicant if any additional information is requested during the review phase of the permit. This ensures homeowners have a direct point of contact and can resolve questions quickly and efficiently.
